RETURNS
Pin the Tail wants you to be delighted with the products you buy from our website. If you are not completely happy with the product you have chosen, we will exchange it for another product or a gift voucher, provided that the item is returned at your cost, with proof of purchase, and within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging, and replacement products or vouchers will incur an additional delivery charge. Original shipping will not be reimbursed, and gift vouchers are only available in $25, $50 and $100 denominations. Please contact us prior to sending back the product, to obtain an authorisation code and return instructions.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Pin the Tail has strict quality controls. If the product is faulty, we will meet all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, replacing the product immediately if possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for further instructions. Proof of purchase will be required.
