Delivery costs vary depending on the product, and will be listed at the point of checkout.
Products will be despatched next business day. If your product does not arrive as expected, please contact us.

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Delivery within New Zealand is free for all orders over $150, and will automatically be applied at checkout.

Otherwise, freight for New Zealand customers is a flat rate of NZD $5.  This will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address.

If you or your gift recipient is not there to receive a delivery, a card to call will be left.

OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items may not be available for delivery to some countries. This will be apparent on each product page.

International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. This is out of our control and so all such charges will be the responsibility of the receiver.
